"Cleo uses all her charm and immobilizes the enemies about her, drawing on their vitality." Hold of Death - Effect: DoT Ranged AoE (3x3), Unlocks at Level 7. "A portal from the other world opens up under the enemies' feet and pulls all into the underworld who get caught in it." Arcane Mark - Effect: [blank], Unlocks at Level 10. "Cleo puts an arcane mark on her enemies, turning their magical defense to ZERO."
